    I think we'll have to dump Izturis before we call up Cedeno. I do agree that we are at the point where Cedeno should be given another shot. Izturis just needs to be DFA'd. He is worthless, and his contract is up at the end of this season anyway. It's time to let him go. Of the trio of losers, Izturis is definitely the easiest to get rid of. I agree, but there also the possibility some teams may take a chance on him.

    I'm hearing rumors that the Cowboys are showing interest in Tank Johnson.

    I'd only take Vizquel if the Giants take back one of our problems: Jones, Eyre, or Izturis.

    I'm definitely not confident in a win here. There's no mistaking that this is a big game. A win and we gain a game on the Brewers and get back to .500. If we lose, we fall another game back and fall two games under. A loss erases a lot of the good gained over the winning streak.

    My guess is Cherry is shuttled back down and Rapada will be brought up.

    Hopefully tomorrow we can start another seven game winning streak. Oh well, we were at .500 for a little over 24 hours.

    Or they just get the lucky break of facing Eyre. Teeing off on him really isn't that impressive. eyre started the game and gave up 7 over 2? OK, they faced two crappy pitchers today. As we saw yesterday, good pitching shuts them down, just like anyone else. marshall pitched exceptionally this year, wouldn't you agree? Which doesn't magically make him a good pitcher today. doesn't make him a crappy pitcher, either? i wasn't the one making those kind of statements. I'm making the statement that Marshall is a crappy pitcher today, just like Hill was yesterday. Am I wrong? Yes. Both Hill and Marshall are good pitchers who sucked in their most recent starts. THAT'S WHAT I SAID. Jesus Christ. I was agreeing with you. Settle down, skippy.
