The only team that scares me in the NL Central is the Cubs. I'm scared that they will suck so that some other team (Cards or Brewers) will win this division. The Cardinals aren't really that hot. They're 500 in their last fourteen. They've only climbed back into this thing because both the Brewers and Cubs have sucked donkey balls over the last two weeks. If the Cubs had just played 500 ball over the same period, we would have overtaken the Brewers and still have a comfortable lead over the Cardinals. The Cubs will have to pull out of this funk. If they do so, they should be able to hold off both the Brewers and Cardinals. If they can only win 3 of every 10 for the next couple of weeks, it really doesn't matter. Someone will pass them, but it will be due to Cubs sucking more than anything else.
