    I somewhat wish they would sign him and give him some time at catcher so that teams will run at will. If you think Kendall was bad at throwing out runners, well Piazza makes him look like Pudge in his prime.

    Two years ago, I was there when they did the Len bear from Build-a-bear. I wanted one from my daughter, but of course, they only gave them to kids 12 and under or something like that, and I was not there with my family. Well, I had dugout box seats for that game and there was a family with two boys in front of me that had gotten the bear. In the third inning a foul ball landed in the aisle of the section and I picked it up. I ended up giving it to one of the boys in front of me who then gave me the bear for my daughter.

    Yeah, this one says kids seven and under, so you'd have to have a kid with you or get one from someone who does.

    My guess is Patterson in LF with DeRosa at 2b or Patterson at 2b with DeRosa in LF is what we will see.

    I think Veal may regain his status as a top prospect this year. I'm excited by the notes on Holliman. That reminded me of the performance I saw him throw last year vs Mississippi.
