    I am on my third week of limited running, my pace use to be 7-9 minute I am down to 10-12 and going from 40 mile week to a 14 mile week. It stinks!! Doc will say there isn't anything they can do..Ice, ibprofen and a shot of Cortizone

    I love college basketball but I wouldn't miss this game for anything in the world. My principal knows how passionate I am about opening day that if it is during the day he will let me and my students watch it.

    not always though. I pretty much did the same thing once and it severely strained my achilles tendon. was on crutches for weeks. what, Are you trying to cheer us up?
