    His last rehab was around 73 I think - so yeah, maybe low to mid 80s. Be cool to have a quick inning here to save some arms

    Yeah, cutting the lead in half was big in the fourth. Lots of game left though….. In regards to Happ - that has to be CC’s thinking (just roll him out there because he’s a gold glover and he will eventually swing himself out of this gutter) 🤷‍♂️

    Yeah - one rough outing out of the gate is nothing. Of course everyone wants their guy to throw 7 shut out innings, but that’s not reality - especially coming off a 60-day IL stint. Some people go from one end of the spectrum to the other in a few innings lol

    Oh of course not - I’m glad they acquired him. Just expected a little more competitive outing is all. It happens - look at Hunter Brown and some others. Coming off injury nobody can expect them to dominate out of the gate. Just thought for a little better start.

    I live out near Philadelphia, and I’m out here visiting my father and my brother in Wisconsin where I grew up. We have not been able to sit down and watch a Cubs game together in over 35 years. Today was the first day the three of us watched one in that length of time together as a family. What a game to watch together! I horsefeathers love the Chicago Cubs lol great memories were made today. Thank you to the boys today! Great game and this meant a lot 💪❤️

    I agree with all that - I’m curious if they give Assad the boot - he’s been versatile for them. It’ll be interesting for sure to see the shuffle that’s gonna happen
