    I was speaking of his defense. The bat was as advertised until the injury, as you said. I don't see any path back to the Cubs unfortunately.

    Not every Florida team needs a uniform that loudly proclaims "FLORIDA", but there is just something so satisfying about the creamsicle Bucs and the teal Marlins uniforms that makes all of their other attempts seem lacking in comparison. I also love the classic Broncos uniforms we saw today. They need to take that side profile horse logo out to pasture and shoot it.

    Seattle's current look was fresh when they adopted it, but I have really grown to dislike it. The creamsicle Bucs uniforms are one of my favorites in all of sports. Bright, simple, distinctive. Everything a great uniform should be.

    I tend to be a strict traditionalist when it comes to uniforms, especially for storied franchises like the 49ers, and I thought they were great.

    Adam Fox, Jason Robertson, and Cole Caufield were left off the roster. We aren’t winning nothing.

    Sounding like USA is going to take JT Miller and Brock Nelson over Jason Robertson and Cole Caufield. Ugh. We don't deserve to win the gold.

    USA has significantly closed the gap on Canada since they fell a goal short at the Vancouver games. I have never felt that the gold was more within reach than I do now.

    They in this instance doesn’t include Jed. He’s on an allowance that won’t cover the cost of Tucker.

    I still favor McKenna. The upside is that the Hawks could potentially pick #2 and still land him, though I feel like he's still the first name called on draft day despite Stenberg making things interesting.

    I'm as optimistic about the Cubs signing Imai as I am trusting that a fart is going to be a fart. Yea, there's that tiny voice in the back of my mind warning me that it could turn out badly, but I'm still trusting it's going to be a fart.
