  1. Great careers. Six Stanley Cups between them. Maroon got his first with his hometown team.
  2. Stroman is tatted. This looks like Adbert.
  3. The concerning part to me is that the tendonitis keeps lingering and that’s an issue that is difficult to get rid of. It requires rest, so there’s no pitching thru it and no real timetable. You just return when the symptoms subside. That it keeps reappearing suggests this is something he may have problems with for the remainder of his career. Unless a pre-start routine can be implemented to lessen the strain on his elbow.
  4. I should have had my morning coffee first. 🥲
  5. Dare I say he could be the best Cubs lefty with the initials TG since Tom Gorzellany?
  6. I have both the Darwin Barney bobblehead and replica Gold Glove trophy that were promotional giveaways around 2013. No idea what I will do with either of them. lol
  7. I have a difficult time trusting Jesse because of his days covering the Blackhawks. He’s a boob.
  8. Given that he has experienced it before I’m going to trust that he knows his body and what he’s feeling.
  9. Yes, many times. I suppose it’s just me in my medical brain nitpicking here. Tendonitis isn’t always accompanied by significant pain. In a thread discussing the possibility of Tommy John surgery, it’s important to distinguish the difference between tendonitis that simply requires rest and more severe elbow pain that could suggest a ligament tear and the possibility of a season ending injury.
  10. We all have a different idea of what being a fan looks like, where we draw the line for our support, or if there is even a line at all. There is no right, wrong, or idiotic when it comes to being a fan.
  11. I have only seen that he is experiencing tendonitis, unless I am missing something. Where is it being reported that he's feeling pain?
  12. Tendonitis requires rest and can remedy itself with the aid of anti-inflammatory treatments. Pain is an entirely separate and more concerning issue. However, I have only read that this is tendonitis and nothing more.
  13. Tendonitis is not an indication for Tommy John surgery.
  14. A year from now we’ll be saying “Kyle Tucker wanted to remain a Cub.”
  15. Sending Pressly to Iowa now would mean admitting a mistake.
  16. I don’t mind Boog when he sticks to the game. It’s the bad comedy act that gets on my nerves.
  17. 6’5” if my memory serves me right. I know he didn’t justify the contract but I have loved Heyward since his time with the Braves. Great person and he was a stud in RF.
  18. I heard Michael Scott's voice when I read this.
