  1. Browns and Jaguars are swapping corners. Greg Newsome II to Jacksonville and Tyson Campbell to Cleveland.
  2. Islanders won the 1st overall pick with a 3.5% chance. Hawks will have better odds than that. Hopefully said high flying kid is his cousin-by-marriage.
  3. Bertuzzi’s ideal role would be in the middle-6. Unfortunately, he’s been elevated to the top-6 for a lot of his time with the Hawks. He’s incredibly useful around the net. He isn’t a pure goal scorer, but he scores the ugly goals. I have always liked him and every roster needs players like that. He’s essentially Andrew Shaw but on a much worse roster, at an older age than we had Shaw, and with rumored back issues.
  4. 86/91/59 line is clicking early. Nazar looks really good!
  5. Sounds like the perfect job for our own Jason Ross.
  6. I can promise you the Dodgers winning will change nothing about the Cubs’ approach.
  7. You needed to watch the Phillies and Dodgers to realize we don’t have elite starting pitching? 😉
  8. I don’t mind it seeing as Murphy is the only other defenseman over the age of 24.
  9. He’s giving Edmonton exactly two years to sell out for a cup.
  10. I’d appreciate more variety for the SB halftime show. Also couldn’t name a single Bad Bunny song. Give me a TLC halftime show!
  11. The irony is that a lot of Puerto Ricans are traditionally conservative.
  12. What’s the issue? I’ve been in dark mode here lately. Limited internet and completely tuned out to the world.
  13. Glad you added the last part. A good OL helps the running game. So does a competent QB, a passing game, a good OC, having a RB that can find running lanes, break tackles, etc. It isn’t just a matter of having a good OL. Regardless, his obsession with the Raiders pick is weird.
  14. What you are missing is that Williams and Sanders could not have qualified as "hidden gems" given the expectations they came into the league with, so lumping them in with an undrafted player like Dowdle to try to make your point was stupid, even if your question was rhetorical. Dallas was 27th in rushing yards per game last year, by the way. Worse than the Bears. lol
  15. Javonte Williams was drafted 35th overall out of 259 players. Three picks from the 1st round. He isn't a "hidden gem." Neither is Miles Sanders, who was also drafted in the 2nd round of his draft, respectively. Maybe discussing football isn't for you.
  16. Here you go. "back to back to back hidden gems". I'll ask a third time. Who are you talking about?
  17. Are you familiar with the players? lol Williams was the 35th overall pick just four years ago. Sanders was drafted 53rd. Those are valuable picks and both of those guys came into the league with expectations to perform. If anything, Sanders has been a disappointment. You mentioned back-to-back hidden gems for Dallas as if you were talking about Dowdle and someone else.
  18. I am usually a steadfast traditionalist when it comes to uniforms, but the Buffalo alternates tonight look absolutely fantastic on the field.
  19. I'm sure you can see the differences in Dallas and Carolina's offenses without me pointing out the obvious. Who is the other hidden gem you are referring to here?
  20. Every Chargers home game sounds like a road game.
  21. Did Jeanty bully you in high school or something?
  22. 100 career starts versus 2 is probably a pretty good reason.
  23. Just my opinion. It isn’t happening this year, but this needs to be the final year of evaluating these guys before taking the next step of bringing in now players to help them make playoff appearances, whether that be through trade or spending aggressively next summer.
  24. I am continually amazed at how coaches can make it to the NFL level and still not be able to properly manage a game.
  25. Their D and Judkins being a stud from go is going to keep them in the playoff picture.
