    Wild that Southgate went the long way to get Mainoo into the XI. Should have been playing over TAA from the beginning of the tournament and replaced Gallagher, TAA’s replacement, at half time tonight.

    I have seen enough of England this tournament. Give them a good side to play against and they are done.

    LOL. Smyly is scared of throwing a strike with 2 outs, so pitches around the hitter with bases loaded and 2 outs. Brilliant stuff.

    I am lucky that I get to have my entire day ruined most days. In this case, the afternoon.

    This horsefeathers isn’t on Steele at all. Getting heaps of base hits, bases loaded, runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out means diddly squat if the hitters stop hitting during those scenarios.

    You’re not wrong. Just one of those teams fortunate enough to have two all time greats at the same time but unfortunate enough to have nothing else going for them.

    It’s not a big revelation that the Angels never finished above .500 with Trout and Ohtani when the rest of the squad isn’t that good, Boog.

    Just give Steele all 9 innings and hope for the best. The bullpen aren’t holding this lead.
