No. He's 20. He's not on the 40 man roster and he's not rule 5 eligible until after 2027. No value in starting his clock this early. -

Eh...blockbuster? Not really. Morel is pretty one dimensional and that one dimension hasn't shown up much. Cubs have a 3rd baseman now.

It's that time when we rumours about the Cubs being involved with everyone. All based on the agent leaking to a writer that "The Cubs called about <insert name here>" when it more likely was someone checking to see if the phone number still worked.

I'm all for low cost fixer-uppers....but I'm not trading real prospects for them.
