maybe chet can be a doug gottlieb-type this season. he doesn't appear to be turning the ball over and he's racking up some assists. he's always been a demon on defense. i don't want him with the ball in his hands at the end of games, but it's very possible that he can fill a vital role as it appears he's going to get a ton of minutes.

i hate to see guys just standing there, waiting to be fouled when they should be passing the ball and running time off the clock.

from what i heard, big ugly had a good game. if he does that a couple more times, i just might give him a chance. davis is the stud, though. second double-double in a row. He was 3-12 from the field. His board #s tonight have alleviated some of my fears though. how did i know that you'd bring up his shooting? he had a bad night but still managed to contribute greatly to the win. also, the shots he missed were open shots that he will knock down on many nights. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Davis fanboy. Just know that if Tisdale went 3-12, the Nick Smith comparisons would come flying. i get you. but it doesn't take an expert to look at the two and figure out who is the better player. if tisdale went 3-12, i'd still be content with his performance.

offensive rebounding in particular. good, fundamental game with defense to close it out. good to see semrau get some meaningful minutes. once again, dmac is going to be first team all-bt.

vandy doesn't miss, we can't make a shot, except for demetri, yet we're only behind by 5? it will be a miracle if we win, though.
