yeah, we would have taken lenzelle but i think he was reticent with all of the other guards we had already committed. i don't know much about him, but warren better win. on a side note, warren just lost to lake forest and UM commit matt vogrich in ot 66-64. vogrich had 35 points and 12 boards while paul had 27 and 14, although paul fouled out early in ot.

padre fans can bellyache and complain all they want about the fact that the cubs have nothing that they want, but the cubs are the only team that can give the padres front office exactly what they want, so the fans are going to have to deal with it when peavy becomes a cub. and he will.

i just saw him bank in an 18-footer, and he meant to do it. he's unconscious right now. EDIT: that was a 3. i've never seen anyone do that before. actually play the bank on a 3 pointer. wow.

i don't want to talk about it. he's got a devastating hook shot, but we just can't afford to have him out there on the ocurt for very long. if we do, we end up getting demolished on the boards because despite his superhuman height, he cannot simply grab the ball when it's in the air before anyone else. he's weak, he's like the weakest basketball player that ever lived. there's no excuse for being so weak at such an age.

yeah, mullens was the top center recruit last year. and if i had evan turner on my team and we were in a slump, i would tell him to take it to the hole every single time. i hate thad matta, but it's nice to finally get a win over these buckeye a-holes.

why would wrigley field need to more national exposure? it's not like the cubs are trying to build a fan base. they'll make money no matter who plays in the thing. if usc and florida come to them the next week and ask to play a game there, i'm sure they'll be interested, then, too. this is not a one time shot. -

oh......kay. don't know what two teams without any illinois ties playing a game in wrigley field would do. but hey, as long as some guy who can't name a big ten team who lives in arizona wants to watch it. -
Obviously, there is no way the Bears switch to a 3-4, so they'll have to look DE elsewhere. actually, the tampa-2 base system has produced some legendary pass rushers and would probably "maximize his athletic abilities" just as much as playing in a gimmick system would.
