  1. if you get man coverage on knox with no safety help, you throw it to him every time.
  2. good non-challenge. nice catch johnny!!!!!
  3. spread out the burners and run olsen down the seam
  4. dial up a pick 6 from bowman right here.
  5. There's nothing wrong with fades. You're just not going to get receivers streaking open very often close to the goal line. Now throwing it to your shortest receiver is an issue. I'd rather see Olsen out on the perimeter there. Fades are such a low-percentage play. You're counting on your receiver getting to the spot, a perfect ball by the QB, and then your WR out-muscling the DB. I'd rather run a post or a slant every time over a fade in the red zone. it's a turner staple.
  6. That's a misleading stat obviously 3 of those were in one game. False, one was in the Steelers game. Cutler didn't throw an int in the Steelers game. http://espn.go.com/nfl/boxscore?gameId=290920003 EDIT: Ah...yeah forgot about Seattle...fair enough. it was against seattle, but it was off knox's hands like that one kinda.
  7. take a shot with knox or run olsen down the seam.
  8. i have a bad feeling, still, though.
  9. couldn't see that one coming or anything
  10. i've been prepping my crazytalk all day. you're in for some crazy tonight, boys and girls.
  11. me too, or a long lynch run for a td.
  12. so much for parity.
  13. Agreed. I hope he can see the field at some point this year. You don't make a midseason trade giving up a 2nd rounder for a guy who won't even get on the field this season. can't believe he's not playing in this hhuge game where we need to get pressure. Has that been officially announced? heard it on the radio.
  14. whenever i get down about illinois, i just think about this:
  15. just get off it, it's old. yes illinois sucks. sorry if i misinterpreted anything but the bears have yet to play today.
  16. the joke was bad. and insinuating that you have a source indicating that the university of illinois broke ncaa rules which would subject them to sanctions and then refusing to name them is a serious thing. not like saying that some pitcher got traded to the cubs or wants to get traded to the cubs. i made a joke about the illini, you could have left it at that.
  17. we get it, you puke.
  18. poor widdle california boy never played in cold weather. suck it up, princess.

  20. Considering there has been allegations and such, that were looked into and found false, I highly doubt hes paying anybody. And after going to the Rose Bowl, and such, it shouldnt be that surprising he was able to get some kids to come to Champaign. I don't think it's that difficult to get away with. We're not talking about the head coach writing checks, here. A lot of illegal relationships can be facilitated and/or ignored by a program to get a player to attend their school. The Rose Bowl was of course, a HUGE recruiting tool. However, he got a lot of high quality recruits before the Rose Bowl, coming off some awful seasons. I should not have opened this can of worms. I was trying to make an Illinois joke on a board with a lot of Illinois fans, and there's absolutely no way I'll be able to convince anyone without revealing my sources, which I will not do. making sourceless allegations on a message board, eh? good show
  21. jeff fisher must really hate vince young.
  22. I understand the 49ers, but the Ravens were never really in the game until the end. When an NFL kicker has a chance to win the game with a 44-yard FG inside a dome and blows it, it sure is frustrating. Let's say you're playing poker and you go all-in after the flop and get called. You find out you're behind. The turn comes and you hit it and now you're ahead. The river comes and it hits your opponent and you lose. Is that a bad beat? when it continues to happen every week, or something like it, it is.
