    bars can charge covers if they're big enough, i think, after a quick search. but they're also paying 1000 to 4000 for the fight.

    The PPV charges the bar that amount to show it. The bar doesn't charge the patrons that amount. (Can they even charge anything?) definitely not. that's redistribution, i think.

    I have absolutely no idea. However, that would be freaking awesome. I'd be okay with Wade too. Or hell, why not both. Wade said he'd like them to play together..... :pig: yeah, i was thinking about that, too. rose/wade/lebron would be a pipe dream but if they want to play on a great team and leave a legacy of championships, that would be the way to go. boston turned it around in one offseason.

    no, it's the opposite. pacquiao has yet to face a defensive boxer like mayweather, who will just wear him out and push him over in the 11th or 12th. mayweather is a BAAAAAAD matchup for manny.

    anybody know what the ppv count was on the pacquiao-cotto fight? because people were saying that it would have had to be 1.5 mil for mayweather to consider it, and even then it would have been a longshot for mayweather to split the purse 50-50. we'll see if it happens, i hope it does. i'd love to see mayweather retire undefeated after smoking him.

    No they couldnt' have. They got rid of the 5 yard incedental, which is all that Hunter's was. You misunderstand what they did. They didn't "get rid" of incidental face mask. They made ALL face masks 15 yards. Not true, they're only calling the 15 yarders now, and incidentals are no longer penalties, according to the rule book. Well, I admit, I haven't read the rule book. But all season announcers have been describing the change the way I described. goony's right. they don't have to call the incidental facemask, but they can call an incidental facemask a pf.
