Actually, I bet they do exactly that...run 20-25 times for 40-50 yards. It was enough to keep the help keep the pass rush off Cutler to some extent last week. Did that keep the pass rush off of him, or is it just that the Bills defense isn't very good? If you're running for 2 yards per carry no one is respecting the play action or altering their game plan. Their best chance to win is to air it out. I guess we'll find out. Because I still think they're going to try to run it this week. If for no other reason, than to give Jay a play or two in a series where he doesn't have to worry about his head being separated from his body. but when you run for zero to one yard every time, it makes the next play that much more dangerous, especially if the next play is 3rd down. they should throw until they are allowed to run.
