  1. come on texas
  2. that was almost a disaster.
  3. yeah. it's like batting down a sure interception. your need to appear selfless loses you the game.
  4. LT and RT should be our top priorities in the offseason.
  5. If we have 5 losses before conference again then I think we have a new coach next year. There is too much talent for us not to be in the tournament. there's no way we have a new coach next year, no way. we aren't going to have 5 non-conference losses, either.
  6. http://www.312sports.com/images/stories/Bears/ManningHit.jpg Look at that form! Everybody that was whining about how don't lead with your head rules takes away hitting in football need to look at that form. He led with the shoulder, his arms are wrapped. If that was a cheapshot the arms would be tucked in and/or down by the side and his helmet would be in the guy's chest, not off to the side. This is football 101, yet people don't understand what actual tackling is. true, that is how you tackle someone. that's how you get people to jump out of their chairs and shout "oh [expletive]!" and wear their dvr out replaying it. it's the opposite of leading with the helmet, which makes me want to vomit and never ever watch the replay in a million years. i don't see why it's so hard or why there's such confusion over the rule or the enforcement of it.
  7. should also be said that robbie gould is back, perfect kicks tonight, absolutely split the uprights every time.
  8. and the same people who are criticizing cutler are the same people who think he should manage games. i'd say he managed this one very well. hit passes on third down, dominated the time of possession and allowed the running game to play well.
  9. theismann also bagged on millen's disposal of a giant hamburger when talking about diabetic diets. millen, in the next segment, went on to point out that his brother died from complications of diabetes.
  10. what on earth? cutler and the defense are the reasons we are successful, he is one of the best in the game right now. i've stated that i'd take no other qb ahead of him in this system, with this offensive line, except for rodgers, maybe, and vick looks good as of right now. but jay is the man.
  11. this was a good game for the illini to play. they got to see a real athletic, talented team and they should have won. the refs were hostile all night, but the refs are going to favor the more aggressive team, texas clamped down well on defense in the overtime and the latter part of the second half and denied mccamey the ball. whatever, the experience was a good one and they weren't going to win them all.
  12. joke of a game. texas didn't win this by any stretch.
  13. davis didn't touch him there. there you go, nun
  14. hold on leonard right away
  15. haha it's chuckywang
  16. richmond defies the refs
  17. we didn't lose this game, it was taken from us
  18. mccamey mugged, no call. you can bet texas gets a call on the opposite end.
  19. balbay knocks over paul, no call
  20. obviously after the shot clock, lol
  21. richmond was there 10 minutes ago you ref fucks
  22. lol, and no foul on cole's take
  23. lol mastery of roundball?
  24. intentional foul you dirty texas puke
