He was accused of domestic violence, he was punished for committing domestic violence and he accepted his punishment for committing domestic violence. Yes that doesn't mean he did everything he was accused of. We have no idea what he did or didn't do. If MLB had evidence he did everything he was accused of he would have got way more games and Boras would have dumped him and the Cubs wouldn't brought him back.

You can be mad all you want at Russell, but its dumb to act like he isn't one of the best 25 guys we have because you're mad.

Why should I be banned? I don't condone what Russell got accused of. Theo brought him back at 3.4M plus incentives, be mad at him not me.

who the horsefeathers do you want to play 2b? Whit Merrifield, but of the guys we have available I want Russell who has a .798 OPS in 38 overall starts and is a plus defender. I get people hate Russell, but Theo gave him a contract.

Anyone who wants to make the playoffs should care. We have a 3rd catcher who can't hit for a guy who has nearly a .800 OPS starting 38 games and has a .800 OPS since the break. Defense takes a major hit since now we have no legit back up SS and out best defensive 2B is gone. If Russell gets you triggered Blame Theo. If Theo is going to bring him back and give him 3M+ then he should be on the team as that money could been spent with the other money he wasted on Descalso and all the random BP guys he signed and who done nothing and got one good player rather than a ton of nothings.

So Russell at his worst is as good as Garcia at his best? Robel over his last 10 games .214 with a .233 OBP what happens when every hit stops being a XBH after they stop throwing him FB like they have since his last HR. You guys are blinded by the DV stuff with Russell, but he's 100% one of our best 25 players we have. Theo brought him back so be mad at Theo, but if he's in the organization I want the best 25 on the roster.

Garcia came in hot but the league is already figuring him out as he's 2-for-16 with 6 K's his last 5 and while he has power he has a .233 OBP his last 10 games. Also Russell sucks off the bench but has been great starting.

Javy, Bote, Descalso Garcia all have lower OPS than Russell in the second half. So your point is that Russell is better than Javy, Bote and Garcia? He's 100% better than 2 of them and a better SS than Javy

Garcia has been exposed getting no FB after he hit the ball into the water and they are going to have him at 2nd with a GB pitcher? 0-for-7 with 4 K's since all 87-87 CU with some breaking balls.

highest on the IF outside of 50% of the infield is pretty damn cool use of stats Javy, Bote, Descalso Garcia all have lower OPS than Russell in the second half.

Russell has a .812 OPS in the second half which is the highest on the infield outside of Bryzzo and when he starts he has a .798 OPS which is 7 points lower than Schwarber. We got worse by dumping him for a 3rd catcher who can't ht.

I wished the Cardinals sucked, but they've won 9 of 11 games and Goldy is heating up and Carpenter will eventually start to hit again.

Now an abysmal 18-29 on the road and just .5 up on the hot Cardinals. Since Miami won on the road today we now have the fewest road wins in the NL.
