I believe so. I am 99% sure that it will, so it should be 1st and goal on the 1 or something close to that.

If its challenged, the penalty will be on the 3, and it will be 1st and goal from the 1.5 yrd line.

I can't. Redskins fans are really, really annoying. They actually got angry at Dan Patrick for not picking them to win the Super Bowl... they act like every year is their year and everyone else is wrong, no matter how bad the team is doing.
