    I really feel like he's gonna move back and possibly multiple times in the 1st. This is a deep draft and Pace acknowledged it. The time to stockpile is now. Next year has a nice crop of QB. IMO more future picks he can obtain the better so we have some ammo going into that draft and possibly moved up if need be. I mean he could probably drop back a couple times and still get a guy like Allen around the 10 and get loads of high round picks to go with it. Not even meeting with Hooker or Adams is really more reason for me to believe he would prefer not to pick at 3. The list has none of the concensus top 5 picks.

    Wonder if Almora's average launch angle has increased substantially in this small sample. He's a guy who they've always raved about how hard he hits the ball but he didn't get much loft. That's really not been an issue this month FWIW. If the power breaks out, the potential for a top 5-10 CF is there.

    I think a Pillar type batting line is certainly possible with Almora. He's gonna carry a BA north of 275 but probably won't walk more than 5%. If he can crack 10-15 HR and a good rate of doubles though, he should produce about league average offense over-all. I don't think he necessarily needs to steal bags but take extra bases and be efficient enough to provide good value there. I'm anxious to see his defensive metrics over big samples. He certainly passes the eye test with flying colors. His anticipation and routes are unreal.
