    Maybe he needs some time off to rest that toe. I cant imagine it's going to heal playing through it every day. They have the players to withstand an IL trip, If he really is hurt. Shaw has far better range. They could also call up Murray so they can keep Shaw in that utility role. But we know how this organization operates with position players and the IL. They basically have to have a devastating injury to hit the shelf. Murray is having an outstanding year and I think he should get a little exposure to MLB pitching as he will almost certainly be traded at the TDL IMO. Perfect circumstance IMO. Bregman has been a little disappointing. But he's 1 hot series from being solidly above average.

    Shaw isn't a rookie and should absolutely know better. I mean how bad do you think it would have been for him if PCA somehow got tagged out. It really was a massive mental lapse. But PCA didnt exactly go off on him here. God what a blatant exaggeration. It was a 10 second exchange and Shaw acknowledged he horsefeathered up and they moved on.

    The Sox are just a game under 500 now and are obviously riding Murakami's draft. But who the horsefeathers is Davis Martin lol. Just 2 homers allowed this year and he's been absolutely dominant over his last 4 starts.
