  1. Hahahaha.... Chris Bosh just standing around and is like.. "well, at least I have the game ball."
  2. What you mean?
  3. Has Juwan Howard won a ring yet?
  4. Mike Miller can now shrug his shoulders
  5. Through 3 quarters, OKC has 2 guys with 10+ pts. Miami has 6.
  6. Yeah it was a good hard foul. Maybe a little unnecessary, but not a flagrant.
  7. I know Harden flops, but man... he's almost as bad as Chris Paul.
  8. Wow... how is that a foul on Wade? Harden just fell on top of him.
  9. I've heard that if Heat win it all, Mike Miller is going to retire. If that's true, I can see one last hurrah from him.
  10. I have a feeling that next year, Harden is going to be fined a bunch by the NBA with his flops. Although Chris Paul will be fined MILLIONS.
  11. See Perkins... that is why Brooks goes to a lineup without you in it.
  12. The US rotation is sick. Barnes, Bauer, Bundy, Cole, Hultzen, Meyer, Odorizzi, Taillon, Walker and Wheeler. Yeah I am fired up for that. I am an autograph collector, yeah dork I know, and can't wait to knock some of these guys out. i really hate a couple of the guys that do this at sounds games since they are typically in my way when i'm in my seat (i always sit by the visitors bullpen) I'm one of those guys, but I always try to do it way before game starts so I'm not standing in front of people in their seat. I do hate the people who stand there until the very LAST second before game starts before they head to their seats. Minor league games are pretty easy though because every time I've gone to one, I've always asked for a ticket that's next to the dugout and 99% of the time they're available.
  13. Somewhat misleading... It's that close because OKC won by 11 in the first game. Miami in their 3 wins have outscored OKC by 16 points. It's true what you said, but it's not like Miami are winning by 1 or 2 points games in this series. The teams are pretty even and OKC needs just anyone on their team to step up with Westbrook and Durant. That's the difference between the 2 teams. Heat are getting it and OKC are not, but when you look at OKC, who is going to do that for them if Harden can't do it? Maybe Ibaka or Thabo can surprise some people and score 15 in a game, but is that enough though? Ibaka hit double digits in 8 out of 19 playoff games, but only 2 were more than 14 pts and 4 were right at 10 pts. Thabo hit double digits once and it was 19 pts. Maybe Fisher could get hot from 3 pt land. Really... Harden HAS to be that guy and he has LITERALLY disappeared in this finals. Harden was avg 17.6 pts a game in the playoffs before the finals. Only 10.8 in the finals and that's with a 21 pt game.
  14. He requested a trade Wonder what it would take to get him? I love to have him, but his migraine problems scare me and for once... Bears actually have WRs.
  15. i don't even want to know what i'd shoot on a course like that. probably like 200. While I would like to think that I would break 100 easily there, but I'm not too sure. This is coming from a guy whose handicap is anywhere from 3-8 during a summer (from Indiana so can't play year long and stay consistent- start spring at 6-8 handicap and usually end summer/fall around 3-4) and shot 85 at Torrey Pines South 2 years ago from the blue tees (7200 yards I think? which is farther than anything we got around here except for Purdue Univ. golf course- Kampen Course at 7500 yards from the black tees... 6900 from blues which is what I plays at). Black tees were like 7600 yards or something crazy, but they recommended me not to play from there. Olympic Club just look nasty with the elevations/slopes and not to mention how long (7100 yards on a par 70) and how extremely tight the fairways were. It reminds me of Dale Hollow Lake golf course in terms of elevations/slopes on each hole although I'm sure it's nowhere near as difficult either as their fairways are pretty wide and open.
  16. It's just as bad with the 3 or 4 steps travel when a guy from the 3 pt line put his head down or does a spin move and goes towards the basket. Patrick Ewing made a HoF career out of this with his running hook shot.
  17. Haha... When Westbrook was shooting that 3, I thought Erik was coming out to guard him.
  18. One thing I've noticed lately... Durant suck at getting in the right spot to take a charge. It seems like he's always in the wrong spot that guys goes around him or he leans one way to make contact, but it's a blocking foul.
  19. Speaking of other news... Where the heck is Brandon Webb nowadays?
  20. That IMO should've been a no call. Plus they called it pretty late. That was a reference to the Ibaka block on LBJ. Oh... gotcha.
  21. That IMO should've been a no call. Plus they called it pretty late.
  22. Seriously... why does JVD and Mike [expletive] Breen have to be the announcers???
  23. Here are a list by order of FTA per game from highest to lowest (top 9 seasons)... Oscar Robertson: 11.9/11.6/11.2/11/10.7/10.6/10.2/9.7/9.5 Adrian Dantley: 12/11.4/11.3/10.5/10.1/9.9/9.8/8.6/8.3 MJ: 11.9/10.5/9.8/9.1/8.8/8.5/8.2/8/8 Malone: 11.5/11.1/10.8/10.7/10.2/10.2/9.8/9.6/9 Barkley: 11.9/10.1/9.8/9.4/8.7/8.3/8/7.8/7.7 Iverson: 11.6/11.5/10.5/10.1/9.9/9.8/9.7/9.5/9.4 Kobe: 10.2/10.1/10/9/8.7/8.2/8.2/7.8/7.4 Wade: 10.7/10.5/9.9/9.8/9.2/9.1/8.6/8.3/6.6 LeBron: 10.3/10.3/10.2/9.4/9/8.4/8.1/8/5.8 I know MJ got a lot of fouls called for him, but it didn't exactly translate into more FTs than other superstars in the game (whether they were before, during, or after his era). He still shot a bunch of FTs regardless.
  24. Just wait until they come to Kane County like I have done. Edit: Ashamed to admit I went to see Vitters, and watch Chris Archer uncharacteristically walk a bunch of people. Peoria is closer to me than Kane County or easier to get to anyway. I'm about 30 minutes northwest of West Lafayette, Indiana. My choices are usually either Peoria Chiefs or Indianapolis Indians although I've been to a game at South Bend and Fort Wayne.
