    Though I'd prefer that Ricketts sell to someone with deeper pockets, I cant get behind the hate for him. Without Ricketts, there's no Theo, the catalyst to the greatest stretch of Cubs baseball of our lifetime, and perhaps the most thrilling 3 innings in baseball history (need I elaborate?) Granted, they've been dropping the ball ever since, but I think I'm at peace with it. they do not get credit for allowing a hall of fame executive to pick them, give me a horsefeathering break. theo came.to the cubs because of the opportunity it represented, not because of the horsefeathering ricketts.

    While not directly named, there was a fan accused of repeatedly shouting a racist term at a player. There are videos of that fan, and people can figure out who he is. While perhaps a bit odd that he was so intent on getting a mascot's attention, he didn't deserve to be labeled a racist. Again, get the facts straight before issuing public statements. I'd virtually guarantee he has been identified by internet nuts and I'm sure, even after he was proven innocent, that he's being threatened and harassed. yeah you can't guarantee that, and it's probably not even true
