they should have just kept kb/darvish/kimbrel/baez, let rizzo walk, added on, and continued competing. they chose not to compete.

Remember how much we laughed when Brewers fans thought their front office and future outlook was better than ours? What idiots they were it ended up being that way, but they weren't right. they thought we were doomed because we traded away guys like eloy/gleyber and then gave out some bad contracts. they didn't know/predict that a) the ricketts would suddenly cutoff spending and b)all our good players would slowly get worse
