What idiots they were it ended up being that way, but they weren't right. they thought we were doomed because we traded away guys like eloy/gleyber and then gave out some bad contracts. they didn't know/predict that a) the ricketts would suddenly cutoff spending and b)all our good players would slowly get worse
i've tried getting into that again, but it just makes me sad, because nothing compares to doing it before when we had guys like kb/baez/schwarber hitting 2 home runs each every night
