    Mark Mulder is toast. You forget which team he plays for... :Duncan's Pixie Dust: What teams did he play for the last 3 years? You're misunderstanding: he could have played for my kids little league team the last 3 years, but as soon as Duncan touches him and he puts on a Cardinals uniform, magic happens. See Kyle Lohse, Todd Wellemeyer, Braden Looper, and any other joke of a pitcher that's doing well for them. It's unreal. Now a guy with "real" talent like Mulder shows up? This has 11-1 1.92 comeback written all over it. Again, to understand this, you must suspend logic, because the the laws of reason and logic do not apply to the Cardinals. HE PITCHED FOR THE CARDINALS THE LAST 2 YEARS AND WAS TERRIBLE AND HURT. I guess Duncan was saving his Mulder magic for this year only.

    San Francisco is a very bad baseball team. We could easily win 3 out of 4 o all 4 without Aramis. I fear going into a series like this with the injuries & facing both Cain and Lincecum. Cain has been garbage this season.

    The past few years, the White Sox have pulled way too many players off the scrap heap and made stars out of them. Im not saying, Im just saying. Like who? I wouldn't say Linebrink was off the scrap heap either. Gavin Floyd, Carlos Quentin Carlos Quentin was not picked up off the scrap heap. I still would rather have Chris Young. Good thing they didn't trade Young for him :-" I actually know, but we were talking about the Sox getting good players...they let a good one go. Why would you rather have Chris Young than Quentin? That guy is extremely overrated.

I wouldn't say Linebrink was off the scrap heap either. -Linebrink 2008 -Dye 2005 -Pyrzynskie 2005 -Podsednik 2005 -Quentin 2008(maybe not Quentin, as he could just be getting more of an opportunity) -Thortnon 2007 Are you unaware that Linebrink has several good season in a row? And none of the other guys are out of the ordinary.
