    He'll definitely get consideration. Ryan Braun may end up with it though. Ryan Braun does not deserve the MVP. He's basically putting up Soriano numbers (no walks). A lot of guys are outproducing Braun. MVP isnt the best player, its the most valuable to his team. Take Braun out of the Brewers lineup, and you basically have the Reds or Astros. That's not fair. So a guy like Pat Burrell, who is outproducing Braun, shouldn't win because he happens to play for a better lineup? Anyways Puljols is way more valuable to his team than Braun. The MVP should be for the best player. Braun isn't even in the top 5 right now.

    We seriously need to start rooting for the Dodgers. Does anybody want any part of Webb/Haren/undefeated Unit in a short series? That have disaster written all over it.

    I'm thinking that not having to face Webb/Haren/undefeated Randy Johnson in a short series might be more important than home field advantage. The Diamondbacks and Brewers are the only 2 teams in the NL who match up with us in a short series. If the Cubs win the division I really hope the Dodgers win the West.

    Teixeira just booted a grounder with 2 outs in the 9th that would have ended the game. Instead it went single/wp/double and the game is tied. No save for K-Rod either.
