    Sick of Lou? That's misplaced; Blame Z. Most managers would have done exactly what he did when one of the top of the rotation starters is pitching. Zambrano gave up 6 ERs No it's not misplaced. Z had nothing, Lou left him in. I don't care what most managers would do. Z shouldn't have been left in a position where he could give up 6ER. Can't just run to the bullpen at the first sign of trouble early in the game. Except that was about the 19th sign of trouble
