    i still am torn on my feelings for niemi. on one hand ill always love every player on that cup winning team, but it really annoyed me how his situation played out. i think he was mostly the victim of bad advice. every time i see that he got rocked, i feel both sad and also a little bit satisfied. weird feeling. oh well, dude was/is a mediocre goalie and i'm glad we went with turco instead.

    this quote is really moronic to me- i'm all for trashing lovie over not challenging that, but what is this clown talking about? it was a mistake by the refs before it was a mistake by anybody on the bears sideline. defending refs by saying the bears screwed up by not challenging their screw up is pretty funny.

    niemi rocked for his 3rd straight outing. this time he was pulled 8 minutes into the game after giving up 3 goals on 5 shots. yikes.
