he's basically the bulls only good three point shooter and sitting him isn't going to do anything. It puts someone who can defend on the floor. Again, I'm criticizing the fact that he's making the shots at such an innefficient rate go ahead and take 28 shots if youre going to make like 13 of them. but he's not. not criticizing his style of play, criticizing the fact that it's been brick city for him in the postseason. but hey, he's D-ROSE Obviously he isn't shooting well and no one here is happy with it. OMG A BAD GAME AND A BAD 3 QUARTERS rose is having a bad POSTSEASON. it's funny how i knew exactly what you'd be saying about rose's performance tonight before i even went back and read through the thread. you seriously have to be the biggest rose homer of all time. I wouldnt say Derrick Rose is having a bad postseason, considering a number of advanced metrics show improvement over his regular season performance, including PER (however you feel about the stat) and win shares per 48 minutes. That said, his TS% has plummeted and clearly doesn't pass the eye test. But bad postseason? no way. PER is garbage. stop using it. Rose is shooting 40% in the postseason. Ther'es is no way around it. He's having a bad postseason. Unless of course you think chucking up 25-30 shots a game at 40% is somehow helping the team OK, give all those shots to who exactly? Also, Rose is averaging almost an identical points/FGA as he was in the regular season (1.26 regular season to 1.25). Rose is creating offense out of nothing and that alone means he's having a good postseason. Even relative to expectations he's not having a bad postseason. Maybe mediocre or below average, but not bad at all. I'm sorry but you are wrong here. I'm criticizing him for taking all the shots and missing them, I'm not criticising the fact that he's taking them. what exactly does this even mean? the bulls are averaging less points than they did in the regular season. the bulls are averaging 95.1 points in the playoffs. guess where that would have ranked in the regular season? 27th so yeah, the bulls offense has been horrible in the postseason. so what exactly is rose creating?
