    they could easily turn it around, even without adding. i know i'm pessimistic as hell all the time, but it's baseball and there are a million guys on the team underperforming. we don't necessarily need a bunch of pieces, we just need guys to start playing like they have in the past.

    If any of the prospects are good they will just be replacing the good cubs who price themselves off of the cubs. this was the year that Jed had to build a good team, and it doesn't look like he's done it
