  1. still the right call
  2. you hate every team while simultaneously being terrified of every team
  3. how was it a joke of a series? it is the most nondescript series loss i can imagine
  4. wasn't really that great of a catch. the bad luck is that it wasn't a foot deeper.
  5. stras down, again
  6. what in the world is fowler doing tonight
  7. if you start seal at 3rd maybe you kind of deserve to lose
  8. this honestly might be the dumbest thing i've ever heard from him.
  9. the only thing worth watching on mlb network is quick pitch with heidi watney
  10. edmonds rules
  11. somebody needs to make the hitter fly off the screen on the ejection motion
  12. i feel like that was more about the pirates putting up shockingly great ABs and not really about chapman sucking
  13. i was watching szczur and then russell came out of nowhere
  14. There's only one 17 in my heart and it's not Mark Grace. i like you too man
  15. you should probably re-check his game logs because I don't see that at all. he's thrown 30+ 6 out of 37 appearances, and I don't see an occasion where he's been used more than 2 consecutive days. the other 4 guys logan mentioned have 10 combined. he has 6 despite having far few appearances than any of them. 30+ pitches every 6th time out seems like a lot for an awesome young pitcher. there was also a recent stretch where he pitched 8 of 11 days. but i guess it's not as bad as i first though
  16. he's a dumbass, but i like how they cubs have handled it. he has value to the team, so they just kind of ignored his tantrum and said "let us know if you're interested in playing for our dominant team again at some point." theo and jed can't even be bothered by this little guy's outburst.
  17. he's had multiple stretches where he was pitching almost every day, and he's also gone 30-35 semi-regularly. i wouldn't want my team doing that to him in a year where the playoff expectancy has been weak for months.
