They should, idk if they will. He’s not making a ton more when he hits FA at 30 in all likelihood and can lock in a solid amount and take any risk out of the equation. there’s been some quiet buzz that he’s upset about the russell stuff and we know he’s upset about the way the front office abused the system in calling him up. maybe he values getting away from an organization he doesn’t like. where is this from?

i know he's rich and everything, but it's gotta be a weird/terrible feeling knowing that people will hate you if your arm breaks again, and ultimately there's nothing you can do to prevent it. i'd be freaking out every time my arm felt a little tiny bit sore. if you have even a tiny bit of something like ocd on top of it, that seems like it would be a nightmare.

I dont even dislike lebron, I just hate the Lakers and i cant help but take some joy in how that whole thing is going. like I dont blame him for being satisfied with his career and wanting to go to LA for his family and his career after basketball, but it is so clear that hes not fully invested in winning there, and that is going to continue pissing off lakers fans to no end.

lebron passed michael on the scoring list and the crowd in LA gave him a half assed ovation for like 15 seconds it was so oddly depressing

i remember getting into a huge argument with you about soriano batting 1st. i don't even remember what side i was on, but i'm guessing i said him hitting leadoff was fine. i thought that too, but for dumb reasons. i thought that because he had better numbers in the leadoff spot (in a pointlessly small amount of PA), that meant he was actually a better hitter in that spot going forward

stone got an 8 year extension with a 9.5 aav. the contracts are really catching up with toews and kane now. the hawks are in pretty good shape i think, but they'd be in fantastic shape if not for the seabrook contract. -
