I don't expect you (or anyone really) to go back and check the old threads, but I just wanted to state this to refute the idea that he's a non-prospect and came out of nowhere. Scouts and prospect analysts noticed him and obviously Cubs' brass. He was added to the 40-man roster and would've been selected in the rule 5 draft most likely. I just hate the idea or notion this is some fluke and that he's "probably nothing". [expletive], you wanted to spike the football on a long shot call you made in hopes that we e-fellate you
Maybe. Maybe not. There is a dangerous precedent being set where people are jumping to conclusions without the full context. While some of these people may be genuinely bad guys, I don't think it is fair or productive to keep digging through everyone's past for any sign of a potentially offensive remark. So you want to pay millions towards the LT with absolutely nothing to show for it? If he retires, he forfeits his remaining years, right? Either way, I think jamfan or whatever blushed at that overreaction
Trying to find a Javy all star jersey that reflects what they actually wore during the game - cubs jersey with all star patch. All I get is the generic national league jersey that they didn't wear. Can anybody help?
