    Maybe keep a “Tier A” of 5-8 players that everyone is limited to just one of, and then fill out the rest of the team (so you can’t have Stanton, Judge and Trout as your outfield) Or keep the tiers and the by-tier requirements but also make it a requirement that you have to field all 8 positions with your team

    it was definitely after game 3 because we immediately ran off 3 wins in a row lol being down 2-1 in that series felt way worse because they got shutout in games 2 and 3 We scored 5 runs in game 2 to win. We lost game 4. We won games 5-7

    Does this player even exist anymore? Players are striking out at record levels. And the Cubs had Zobrist, Murphy, Rizzo, and Heyward who put the ball in play. Almora not too bad either. That's plenty of non-all or nothing hitters. Unfortunately Schwarber,Baez, Contreras, Happ, etc. were the guys who came up in those situations. Jesus Christ

    Nah. Not buying it. I don't know many Cubs fans that give a single horsefeathers about the White Sox, whether the Cubs are winning or losing. With the exception of laughing at the little brother syndrome the fanbase clearly has. But actively rooting against them? Nah. Maybe you don't know many Cub fans who care about the WS, but most of the fans I know are die-hard fans of one of the teams and while actively rooting for their team to win, they're hoping the other team will lose. WS fans are tired of hearing us brag bout our success while they struggle and it was no different when the situation was reversed. It's a rivalry just like Cubs/Cards and you can't tell me that that Cubs' fans don't root for the Cards to lose and vice versa. Most of what you wrote is true except for the parts that have words. Claiming the Cubs/WS rivalry is in the same stratosphere as Cubs/Cards is just crazy pants

    Theo has a week to make this right, as far as I'm concerned. Russell needs to be DFA'd. Not benched, not suspended, not traded. And good for Melisa for going public with it.     I didn't think his increased value was predicated on becoming a better defender. I thought he had untapped potential on offense and that is what is happening. I thought he would draw more walks and become a little more patient. He only has 21 BB this season so that hasn't happened yet. I definitely saw him hitting for more power. I think I saw this type of season happening in 2-3 seasons down the road (with a little higher OBP/more walks), but not this soon. Maybe once you turn 18 or whatever, you'll learn just how obnoxious it is when you make posts just to suck your own dick
