  1. I'm just rooting for whoever is on offense in this game. This is way fun.
  2. So, you can't review a play that is whistled dead on the field, but re-evaluating whether the game actually came to an end is cool
  3. That should not have been reviewable
  4. That was just a mess of epic proportions
  5. Remember, he has the endorsement deal with them and does their commercials. Thanks for the Wig and Pen recommendation. The pizza was better than anything I can get in STL. If any hawkeye fans where in section L, I'd like to apologize for the idiot Illinois fans in row 33. Me and my brother were close to turning around and punching them, but they were old and we didn't want to end up on youtube. Every turnover, foul, or missed jumper was Tisdale's fault, and the rest of the team is a bunch of idiots for not giving the ball to Cole more. Glad you liked it, one of my favorite places. Love the flying tomato union jack. I sit in section K and heard those guys ragging on tisdale all night, seemed weird. You weren't the guy dancing to thriller at halftime were you? Oh God, I miss Iowa City so much right now. Flying Tomato...Wing Zings. FAAAAACK
  6. Stopped reading here:
  7. Grace would be a really good addition to the radio booth, but I'm guessing that he has established roots in Arizona these days. I'm sure he's knocked up random cocktail waitresses in every MLB city, not sure what that has to do with anything though. Excellent
  8. Who is this [expletive] doing color for the Marquette game? He's a cheap cliche factory. Just awful
  9. Snood-looking quarterbacks, IMO
  10. Do I get to revoke your right to be a fan if you claim to prefer Stone to Santo in ANY capacity? I kinda feel like I should be able to
  11. THAT WAS AWESOME
  12. I like him a lot
  13. How is Harden a head case? Guys that get hurt are [expletive] It has nothing to do with the injury thing. Ever met him? He's the kind of guy my grandmother would have called a space cadet. What in the blue [expletive] are you talking about
  14. Yeah, that's pretty dumb. Great opportunity to take the points there
  15. You have In n Out...all over the place there. And you get excited about Steak n Shake?!
  16. haha you're obnoxious
  17. I'm not saying I want a one-man booth. I'm just saying it should go back to being a baseball broadcasting team and not the "Pat and X Show" schtick. Hughes was great at making the best of a bad situation with Santo, but that doesn't mean we should be looking for another incoherent ex-Cub for Hughes to riff off of. You are insufferable. There wasn't any schtick that caused Pat to miss a pitch or a play. IMO, That's one of the things that made them a great team. Pat would paint the picture with words and in the background Ron was saying/grunting everything I was feeling. People are way over-reaching with Ron, he wasn't that bad and no worse than most "color" men on the radio. One thing with XM was that I got to listen to most other teams' radio guys and by and large they are terrible. No, he was pretty exceptionally terrible. You appearently don't listen to much baseball on the radio. Sure I do. Ron was in a league all his own. And I'm fine with that
  18. Well, my family is from Chicago, so I like the Depaul Blue Demons. I went to Marquette, so I like the Marquette Golden Eagles, and my sister's cousin graduated from Iowa in 1972, so I also like the Iowa Hawkeyes...

  20. hahaha, no, you'll totally want to be hanging out with me. I won't give you [expletive] at all
  21. I thought Cutler looked a lot more brilliant than awful yesterday. The only really bad throw he made was, of course, the pick-6. But he made some excellent throws when he had some time, and he really had good protection all game.
