  1. This was so spectacularly wrong, I had to stop reading
  2. hahaha lmao...ok, the 'perpetual mudslinging' post probably deserved to be mocked, but BtB, you're just riding SSRs coattails around this thread, patting him on the back. you can do better. For what it's worth, I'm sure Auburn University has or had boosters that would be willing to pay players....However, I don't believe Auburn University athletic department has orchestrated a pay for play scheme, nor have I seen evidence to this point that any of the accusations, even those made by disgruntled Chaz Ramsey, are going to stick. There's much I can say about your willful ignorance to the goings-on in Auburn football that hasn't already been said. So I laugh.
  3. Also, the Celtics are by far the least likeable team in the NBA. You're slightly terrible for being a fan of them.
  4. I really hope this isn't serious. Jeeeee-sus. Again, dude?
  5. Sounds like he's picking Auburn. I'm sure his parents are about $180,000 richer... He isn't considering Mississippi State per my understanding. Like anything like that could slide through the cracks at Mississippi State what with the perpetual mudslinging from the University of Mississippi. hahaha
  6. Yeah I'm not doing any complaining about the officiating on our side.
  7. Tell me what Stockton said! like 50 people just commented on it
  8. My God this is pathetic. Boozer just looks like he has no desire to have the ball. Though I suppose I wouldn't either if I had lead in my shoes.
  9. Foul on Foster Did I get that name wrong, too? Yup. Well that one guy, on the Pacers, who has a whiny face. I probably didn't even need to specify.
  10. What? Marlon Byrd is up, that couldn't possibly by the co- ugh
  11. What? I've been going back and forth with the Bulls game.
  12. Wow, I really want to punch Jeff Francis in his idiot face.
  13. That was really good. He's one of only a couple I can watch do it these days.
  14. i remember reading in baseball prospectus that brett jackson might become the first homegrown outfielder to put up a .270 equivalent average (now i think they're calling it true average) and 15 home runs since - billy williams! that's not exactly a high bar to clear; 15 home runs is mediocre for an outfielder and .270 is just a shade above average. to have not developed an outfielder like that in 35 or 40 years is just appalling. Wow, that's incredible. And inexcusable. It's also a bit of a lie. Tyler Colvin was over that last year. I don't think he had enough PA's so it's really not a lie. I guess Kosuke Fukudome doesn't count because he was a Japanese product and is a few homers short. Colvin hit .254 last year Read again. He was talking about EqA. I'm sure Colvin had an EqA over .270, but yeah, not enough PAs to count in the case

  16. No, not even close. The 1995-96 Bulls went 72-10, 14-1 in the playoffs, and then tanked a couple to win at home. MJ just wanted to win the title on Father's Day because he's such a swell guy I bet he got his dad some nice seats for that one. You're a MONSTER
  17. And our setup/closer situation is probably elite
  18. Clown shoes as usual. It's ok, it'd been awhile since a favored team was down by double digits and came back to win a playoff game. No way you could've seen that coming. Make sure you thank the refs You're a child. you got part of that right hahahaha
  19. I actually just said something like this to my dad. Teams just go isolation with their best player and hope he hits a prayer. It's stupid. This sounds really stupid and old-timey of me to say, but the egos are such that the best player is always going to take the shot, everytime. If there was even some consideration given to passing the ball or just executing a give-and-go, the play suddenly becomes a little difficult to defend. As it is now, just overload the guy with the ball and watch him put up a horribly contested 3.
  20. Is it just me or has late-game strategy really eroded in basketball the last few years? Both in the NBA and college, especially. It's almost like they don't even coach to it anymore...
  21. nobody is I think Bob Davidson is. Who ARE you?
