Any chance the offensive struggles were in part rust, due to lack of live game action for three weeks? If not mistaken none of the starters played against the Chiefs, which Caleb and the starters have not played since August 17 against the Bengals?
Before people mentioned the defense not playing since August 17, the difference is the defense has continuinity, whereas the offense is breaking in a new QB, RB, two WR and a TE, not to mentioned a new OC. So is it possible that it might take a few weeks before the offense finds it's legs?
