    Admittedly I'm only judging based on the Shaw and Smith selections but I have to think LaViolette has too much swing and miss for Kantrovitz. While they might not have been picking in the best place to select them, Kantrovitz passed on Fabian and Honeycutt who had similar swing and miss concerns (admittedly both were worse than LaViolette).

    He struggled the first month of his junior season and his slider has not progressed at all. (He finished the season strongly and I personally think he did enough to pitch himself back into the top 15.)

    Jefferson Rojas is 3 months younger than Zyhir Hope while playing at the same level with a higher OPS, better K% and contact % than Hope. All while playing much higher up the defensive spectrum. If Hope is a top 50 prospect, I think Rojas should at least be a top 100 prospect.
