    Assuming Barnett doesn't sign and Kaemyn Franklin gets $300k...if Wing and Hartshorn get matching bonuses, they'll get about $1.7 million each, which is pick 2.53 slot value. I think they value Hartshorn more so he might get closer to $2 million, which is 2.48 slot value. This assumes Franklin is the only guy between rounds 11-20 who doesn't get more than $150k.
