    He's DHing Game 2 so if Myrtle Beach loses that game, he'll have only gotten the half game yesterday behind the plate. If it were any other position, he'd probably be okay to come up to the bigs but I think he might need more reps catching.

    Due to Irma, the Carolina League has cancelled their championship so today is the last day of the Myrtle Beach season. If MB wins both games today, they'll be co-CL champs.

    With the Eugene game tied 4-4 in the 9th, Miguel Amaya hitan RBI double and then Chris Singleton hit a 3-run double. 8-4 Eugene, still batting in the 9th. The AZL Cubs are up 8-3 in the 5th inning of a game that started over 3 hours ago.
