    No surprise here - Jen-Ho Tseng was named Minor League Pitcher of the Year and Victor Caratini was named Minor League Player of the Year.

    Not only is it against the rules, MLB has been proactive in letting teams know what the potential punishments would be: those punishments are totally worth it Agreed. Obviously they could do something tougher.

    Dodgers-Giants were delayed about an hour due to rain. Then, after one batter, they went back to a delay. Game is about to resume with one out in the top of the first at 10:50 p.m. I find it amusing that someone in NY will have to be awake for the whole game for any replay reviews.

    The Dodgers slide is so entertaining. Especially because so many national writers had crowned them champs after they acquired Yu Darvish. Would be even better if the Diamondbacks hadn't just lost two to the Padres. They're going to win the division still so I want to know how much longer they have to keep losing before I even entertain the thought Arizona could win that division.
