2 outs, Contreras has good wheels, and the ball was not hit all that sharply(or at the very least, caught the SS's glove). The odds of scoring there are way higher than the AVG/OBP of the next hitter. Agree with everything. Except Willson having good wheels. Is that true? I assume he's still more slow than fast. he's definitely not slow

no. yes. he's got a cannon for an arm, the ball was hit pretty sharply, and he was playing shallow. nothing about that says there's a decent shot at scoring. some of you guys are hilariously results oriented. no horsefeathering way do i want a guy on 2nd being held on a 2 out basehit so that you rely on albert almora to get a hit. i would've been screaming at my tv had he stopped him.
