Joe Smith part 2 definitely a more impactful addition than verlander (don't remember who it was here that said this but i'm pretty sure someone did) -

feel like it's asking too much for willson to come through here again kind of annoying to have wasted our good hitters on this tbh
-

we know you're crazy but nobody think's you're THAT crazy

i mean, he has a .240 iso, which is not quite as high as his .262 last year (when he was pulltastic), but higher than 2015 and dead on with his career average of .239 yeah, lots more HR right now in the league, but i'd say calling his power a big disappointment is a pretty big overstatement.
-
he should just go back to pulling everything and he'll hit more dongs

Man, I used quotation marks and context and everything to keep it clear and you still blip-blorped all over the damn place. there's no context that can make your sentiment make any sense. it's nonsense. no, he isn't disappointing me in the least. the only reason his WAR isn't on pace with previous years is his defense isn't grading out as well, and i'm not going to put too much stock into big year to year fluctuations like that that can't really be explained. that and the boost he usually gets from baserunning, which is also highly nebulous. edit - he also played a LOT more OF last year where he graded out super well.
-
so glad we could have started this though
-
i don't think i could say disappointing 5 WAR season with a straight face unless i was talking about mike trout...and even then
