it could be that they don't have money for him because they are earmarking the money for Darvish. Either way, the fact that the Astros are in on Yu should alleviate anyone that still had concerns about his WS performance. the fact that having those concerns would be really stupid for a front office to do should also alleviate that. if we still had a shitty gm, i'd be concerned about said GM having concerns about his WS performance, though.
