Greene is absolutely destoyed by playing at Petco. It is the best pitcher's park in MLB by a huge, huge margin. Away from home, he's a solid .800+ guy. Greene would be an excellent #6 hitter for us. That would allow you to hit Soto 7th - much less pressure. It would cause me a lot of gastrointestinal distress to trade Pie, but, with Colvin in the system, I would probably do it for Greene. Greene's power numbers on the road have certainly been impressive, but we can't discount his OBP struggles: Road splits 2004: .301/.353/.543/.896 2005: .244/.308/.465/.773 2006: .280/.356/.507/.863 2007: .288/.322/.519/.841 Not that I'd complain about having those numbers towards the bottom of our order, of course. Well his average IsoD based on that has been 56.5. Not great, but not terrible. 2007 was his worst year in those terms, though.
