I think Russell's shoulder is finally feeling 100%, he's really been getting into these throws and from a higher release point -
He's gotta be right there with Allen and Shaw in all of baseball in terms of underrated for their consistency. i've finally lost the PTSD i had with him and his cardinals struggles in/around 2015 I mean look at this, this is absurd for a reliever who has basically never been considered a relief ace/closer

I’m in a car listening on the radio and knew by the call of it, it seemed like a play where on TV live you think it’s an easy hit and then there’s slow ass Almora making it not even close. In fairness to Almora, he hesitated out of the box because it had a weird trajectory and somehow snuck under the pitcher's glove when it looked like an out off the bat.

My main takeaway from that video is that the Galaxy affectionately call their USL team Los Dos, and that angers me deeply for reasons I don't entirely understand.
