  1. Barrett guns out Ausmus at first after Prior knocked the ball down going back through the middle.
  2. Ramirez may be slumping but he's still very dangerous. Yeah, but I'd still rather pitch to ARAM. And if they had the Cubs would not have scored. Ramirez hit the ball as hard as you can hit it, if Ensberg isn't there and Lee was walked 2 runs would've scored.
  3. Barrett bounces out to Ensberg on the first pitch to end the inning.
  4. Ramirez with a laser beam snagged by Ensberg, Lee holds at first.
  5. Ramirez may be slumping but he's still very dangerous.
  6. Derreck single to right, Pierre scores.
  7. Neifi grounds out to 2nd, Pierre advances to third.
  8. Especially since Neifi can't even get a bunt down.
  9. Lamb almost makes a nice sliding catch on a bunt popped up by Neifi, but he drops it.
  10. Bob: "Juan is just in heat right now" I really don't want to know those details, Bob.
  11. Pierre with a double down the left field line.
  12. Everett grounds out to Cedeno to end the inning.
  13. Ensberg hits the first pitch into left center.
  14. I think they should take the same approach with him that the Astros have taken with Everett. His defense is pretty good, his bat just needs to catch up now. He's still only 23 so he's got time to develop.
  15. Prior grounds out to third after a quality AB.
  16. Cedeno strikes out on a pitch low and inside. Yet another example of his lack of patience so far this season.
  17. Nevin strikes out on a 3-2 count, Pettitte came back from a 3-0 count to get him.
  18. He's the kind of fireworks I'd rather not see....it's the 4th of July everytime he goes to the mound here lately.
  19. Lets hope there are some real fireworks tomorrow....with the dismal play of the parent club, it'd be nice to see some real prospects get hot.
  20. Colvin was one of the only batters in Boise's lineup that didn't strikeout, I guess that's a step in the right direction.
  21. Well the Cards lost too as did the Reds, it's a shame that we'll never take advantage of the slumps of the teams at the top of the division. Atleast Pittsburgh won so we're now only 1.5 away from the cellar.
  22. That'd be taking a giant step backwards. The Cubs have some good talent on this team, but it is pieced together and used in mind-boggling ways most of the time.
