  1. That face Cahill made kinda made me like him.
  2. If it was a weak grounder, he would have beaten the turn.
  3. We're leaving this inning with the lead.
  4. Now, that pickoff is on Richard. If he steps off and holds the ball, he's got him in a run down. By throwing to first, he makes it a challenging play.
  5. A ground ball with an exit velocity of 102 mph. if La Stella has a better arm, he can play a bit deeper and has a shade more time to react and probably gets that ball.
  6. Take your pick. Richard or Montero or LaStella's defense at third.
  7. Best part about the I-Cubs today was they pounded Reyes (Cards prospect)
  8. Is montero a bit chunkier or is it just me?

  13. I could take it a step further and go on and on about base run differential, which is even more indicative about true talent level.
  14. I'd like to see his his high leverage vs. low leverage stats, where do you go to find those? here you go. Adjust the split to see medium and high leverage. I didn't really find it illuminating, though.
  15. If Hector came out because of injury, Strop would get as long as he needed to warm up.
