    Another fun fact... Gio Gonzalez and Matt Wieters both passed through waivers and are available for trade. Too bad it would push us over the luxury tax because both of those players would be nice, well, luxuries to have for the rest of the season.

    I mean, unless you expect them to play at an .800 win percentage the rest of the way... Its not so much that, its that the Cubs will take a horsefeathers combined with the Cards surge. What in the last few years would make you think the Cubs will take a dump down the stretch?

    Fun fact: When Zobrist, Rizzo, Heyward and Murphy are in the lineup...Zobrist is the most likely one to strike out. Half our lineup on those days has a k rate of 12.6% or lower.
