Just about everything in this post sucks, and is idiotic. (I would rather not hear that this is a personal attack or whatever, it isn't a personal attack, it's just my opinion of this terrible post) - You first spoke of his career OBP, and now you switch it to his 3-year, and I'm going to ignore that, but it still isn't sub-.300. Sure this is sub par, but this is not your original statement, you tend to exaggerate. I don't even need to say anything, it's been said at least a million times. You forgot to mention that he's also being Tulowitzki-esque (actually .065 better), Ryan Howard-esque, Carlos Beltran-esque. I hope that he can continue to be mentioned with these other guys. This should also show you that referencing statistics this early in the season as a reason to get or not get somebody is idiotic. When it comes to batting average, never is the best time to use that statistic.
