    Not that it's gonna change anything, but I think it's way to early for scoreboard watching. It's the middle of July. If we take care of our business we'll eventually end up either in first or with the WC. Watching the crew everyday is only gonna be frustrating. Particularly watching EVERY inning.

    Other than the fact that this is baseball, and that will happen to EVERY team at some point... We've been pretty good about getting runners in with less than 2 outs and sacrificing lately. Sometimes it just doesn't happen.

    Bingo. I point to that game as the reason we didn't win the pennant. The sad thing about it is that Dusty did it because his bullpen blew the game the day before...due to his stupidity. He put in Mark Guthrie to face Mike Lowell because he preferred that matchup to Dave Veres versus LENNY FREAKING HARRIS :shock: :shock: :shock: :evil: :evil: :evil: I'll never forget just how awful of a manager Dusty is.

    you could also say if Marshall didn't walk the lead off guy and give up a hit, it never would have gotten to Kendall. But I know better to argue when a player already has his grave dug for him before he comes over. come on. kendall didn't even realize the ball was still in play until too late. he should shoulder a lot of blame for today's loss. I didn't see the pop-up. From what it sounds like, that WAS Kendall's fault. I was talking about earlier in the game.

Especially when they can't hit. The people our pitchers have walked in the last two days is inexcusable.
